Agriculture

Our agriculture services employ the use of greenhouse technology to grow crops that will provide organic and nutritious food for children living in orphanages and to serve as a source of revenue for sustainability.

To effectively implement our services, we work in partnership with local partners in the private sector who are operating within a similar sphere and to expand their capacity to reach our target population. One of such partners is GreenHouse Ventures Ltd - a company that is taking the lead in introducing sustainable agriculture in Cameroon.

Through the 1Orphanage-1GreenHouse, orphanages will grow and consume their own food, earn revenues from the sales of their excess harvests, learn how to manage their operations - skills that are transferable and hopefully be useful in the establishment of their own ventures with support from Greenhouse Ventures company. Additionally, they will provided with capacity building training to  gain capacities that will enable them to succeed in real life.
